CASTING NOTICE
Planning to attend Arizona Culinary Institute? Producers are looking for students with an interesting story to tell…
If you are about to enter a culinary program, then we want to hear your story, for consideration to take part in a documentary series on a national cable television network. Producers are currently looking for new students of all ages and from all walks-of-life. Students would need to be willing to share their experiences, all background on their ‘story’ and how they found their way to Arizona Culinary Institute — all with a film crew throughout their first semester.
If you’re interested in being considered, please e-mail your name, age, phone number, a recent photo, and a description of your path to culinary school to:
ABOUT THE CASTING PROCESS
Once a student has expressed interest in being considered for the series, we’ll move very quickly. We’ll set up a good time to interview the candidate via Skype (webcam-based, so that no travel is required and that we can work around their schedule). We can record that interview and piece it together with home videos and photographs (that we will request) into a package to be sent to the network for consideration. The interview will take about 20 minutes, and will cover basics like the candidate’s background, how they decided to pursue culinary arts, and what they hope to accomplish within the industry.
